Dallah reappoints Tarek Alkasabi as Chairman, Mohiuddin Kamel as Vice Chairman

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s board of directors decided, on Nov. 1, to reappoint Tarek Alkasabi as board Chairman and Mohiuddin Kamel as Vice Chairman.

 

The board also formed the remuneration and nominations committee to include Tarek Alkasabi, Talal Al-Maiman, Fahad Al-Rabiah and Amr bin Mohammed Kamel.

 

The investment and financing committee was also formed during the board’s meeting, comprising Tarek Alkasabi, Mohammed Alfagih, Mohiuddin Kamel and Mohamed Hefni.

 

Meanwhile, the board secretary and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed.
