Amana Insurance approves audit committee

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the results of the second meeting of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), which was held on Nov. 3, in the company’s headquarters in Riyadh, through Tadawulaty website due to failure to meet the quorum in the first meeting.

The insurer’s shareholders approved the formation of an audit committee, setting clear definition to its tasks and rules as well as the auditors’ fees, as of the date of the OGM until the end of the session on Aug. 10, 2025, according to a statement said to Tadawul.
