Bahri extends board membership nomination to Nov. 29

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced today, Nov. 17, extending the deadline for submitting nominations for board membership from Nov. 22 to Nov. 29, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The extension came as the company has not received the target number of nominees.

 

On Oct. 23, Bahri opened board nominations for the upcoming session, starting Jan. 16, 2023, for three years.
