Raydan Food opens franchise branch in Bisha

Raydan Food Co. announced that a new franchise branch will open today, Nov. 24, in Al Fahad District, Bisha, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The inauguration delay was due to a hold-up in construction works and the issuance of licenses, the company indicated.

 

Raydan Food also said its share will be 6% of the total sales, adding that this contract will have a financial impact on its financial results in Q4 2022.

 

The name of the commercial registry was changed from “Ali Muhammad Ali Al-Sairi Foundation” to “Wreath of Life Co.”, it stated.

 

In February 2021, Raydan Food signed a franchise agreement with Ali Muhammad Ali Al-Sairi Foundation in Bisha City, valued at $30,000 (SAR 112,540), in addition to a percentage of sales, according to Argaam's data.
