Cenomi Retail shareholders to vote on amending fiscal year on Dec. 28

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) shareholders will vote on amending Article No. 42 of the Articles of Association related to the company's fiscal year, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for Dec. 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

The article before the amendment read as follows: "The company's fiscal year starts from April 1, and ends at the end of March of each year. The first fiscal year of the date of the ministerial decision announcing the transformation will begin and end at the end of March of the following year". 

The article after the amendment reads as follows: "The company's fiscal year starts on the first day of January and ends on the last day of December of each year."
