Sumou shareholders approve amending Articles of Association

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s shareholders approved amending Articles of Association No. 19 and 40 on board vacancies and the formation of the audit committee. 

 

This came during the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Dec. 19, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Shareholders also endorsed the policy as well as the criteria of the board membership, the statement added.
