Bahri shareholders to vote on electing new board members on Jan. 15

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Jan. 15, 2023.

 

The new board term will end on Jan. 15, 2026, the company added in a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 25.
