Shares of The National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) have their ex-dividend today, Dec. 28, for the fiscal year (FY) ended Aug. 31, 2022.

 

The company’s board of directors recommended paying a cash dividend at 12% of capital, or SAR 1.2 per share, for FY 2021/2022.

 

The date of cash dividend payment has not been determined yet.
