Rawasi Albina audit committee chairman resigns

Rawasi Albina investment Co. board of directors accepted today, Jan. 1, the resignation of the audit committee chairman Walid Al-Shabanat (non-executive board member), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to private circumstances, preventing Al-Shabanat from continuing in his position as a board member and audit committee chairman.
