MESC appoints new vice chairman after Al-Shammary resigns

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) accepted the resignation of Vice Chairman Saad bin Ammash Al-Shammary, effective as of Jan. 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal circumstances, it added.

 

Meanwhile, the company appointed Mousa bin Abdullah Al-Ruwaili as vice chairman, effective as of the same date.

 

Al-Ruwaili holds a Bachelor’s degree in education in 1997 from King Saud University. He also holds an advanced program in management from the same university. He has graduated in several positions and has experience in various investment, financial, industrial, petrochemical and strategic planning fields.
