Saudi Re shareholders elect 2 board members

Shareholders of Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) approved electing two board members for the newly created seats, until the end of the current term on Oct. 5, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 2. 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Saudi Re said the elected members are Abdulatif AlFozan and Turki Salman Alsudairy.
