Northern Cement says board member resigns

Northern Region Cement Co. approved the resignation of board member Abdulrhman Saleh Al Ubaid, effective as of today, Jan. 3, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, the company said, adding that a replacement will be announced at a later date.
