Future Care shareholders approve amending Articles of Association

Future Care Trading Co. shareholders approved amending some of the Articles of Association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 5, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.   

 

The approval included articles (15), (29), (31) and (32) related to the company’s work, convocation, quorum of ordinary general meeting and quorum for EGM.
