SICO Saudi REIT board member resigns

SICO Saudi REIT Fund’s board member Fahad Ayed Al Shammari resigned on Jan. 8, 2023, fund manager SICO Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Accordingly, the board restructure will be as follows; Fadhel Ahmed Makhlooq (Chairman), non-independent members Mohannad Al-Khowailed and Ibrahim Fatani, and independent member Ali Al Hussin Hamidaddin.
