Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing

Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, will sponsor the second edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum that will be held on Jan. 23-25, in Riyadh.

 

A total of 30 countries, most notably Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, the UAE, Egypt, UK, and France, will participate in the forum, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The event will discuss a number of issues related to the present and future of the real estate sector as well as the continued efforts to attract real estate investments.

 

The forum targets a number of authorities, entities and organizations from inside and outside the Kingdom, most notably the public sectors that are related to the real estate activity, as well as real estate development companies.
