Shams says CEO Ali Salham resigned

Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) board of directors approved today, Jan. 16, the resignation of CEO Ali Salham, effective immediately, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal and special circumstances, it added.

 

Meanwhile, Shams said its Managing Director will run the company during the coming period.
