Salama shareholders to vote on audit committee formation on Feb. 8

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on the formation of the new audit committee for the three-year term starting Feb. 8, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Feb. 8, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawal. 

 

The nominees are Mohammed Es-Safi, Mater Alenazi, and Ayed Al Githami.   

 

Shareholders can e-vote from Feb. 5.
