SAIC says audit committee member resigns, names replacement

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. announced the resignation of audit committee member Abdullah Al-Humaidhi, effective today, Jan. 18, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal circumstances. 

 

The board of directors approved the appointment of Abdul Al-Obeid as a replacement, effective immediately. 

 

The move is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
