Banque Saudi Fransi appoints new board member

Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) board of directors appointed today, Jan. 31, Abdulaziz Al Gudaimi as a board member to fill the vacant board seat for the current three-year board term, ending Dec. 31, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Gudaimi has over 35 years of experience and held several leadership positions, including serving as a board member at multiple companies locally and internationally.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement added.
