Alujain to open board nominations on Feb. 1

Alujain Corp. will open, on Feb. 1, nominations for board of directors' memberships for the three-year term ending on June 14, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Candidates can submit applications until no later than Feb. 28.

 

Board members will be elected during the upcoming general assembly meeting, whose date will be announced later, the company said.
