SARCO announce resignation of audit committee member

Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced the resignation of an audit committee member, Khalid Al-Hoshan, effective as of Feb. 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board will appoint a member to the vacant position before the end of the current term.

 

Alhoshan resignation was attributed to the fact that a member should not be on the audit committees of more than five listed joint stock companies at the same time.
