CHUBB Arabia CEO resigns

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors approved, on Feb. 16, the resignation of CEO Kamran Mazhar, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation, submitted for personal reasons, will be effective from March 16.

 

Any developments related to the appointment of a new CEO will be announced in due course.
