ROSHN launches ‘ALFULWA’ housing project in Eastern Province

ROSHN announced the launch of “ALFULWA”, its fourth residential project in the Kingdom, ‘Saudi Press Agency reported today, March 14.

Located seven kilometers from Al Hofuf city center, the project will feature more than 18,000 housing units with a population capacity of over 100,000.  

The project will incorporate unique cultural and geographical heritage of the region in accordance with the ROSHN’s key design principles to provide high-quality residences connected to a range of integrated utilities and public spaces.
