Tadawul changes expiration date of index futures, SSFs on Eid holiday

Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) changed the expiration date of index futures and single stock futures (SSFs) April contracts, on Eid Al-Fitr.

 

In a statement, Tadawul said the expiration date of April contracts will be changed to April 17 instead of April 20.

 

Tadawul recently announced that Eid Al-Fitr holiday will start by the close of trade on April 17, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Index futures and SSFs expire on the third Thursday of every month. If it is a holiday, the expiry will move backward to the previous trading day.
