Farm Superstores shareholders elect board for new term

Shareholders of Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) elected on March 20 a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting March 21, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members include Hazem Al-Aswad, Maher Hazem Al-Aswad, Tarek Al-Aswad, Mohammed Al-Aswad, Ayham Al-Youssef, Abdul Qader Al-Namri and Talal Al-Ghalib.

 

The shareholders also approved forming the audit committee for the new term, with Abdul AlNammeri, Said Safdar and Turki AlGhamdi as members, the statement added.
