Abo Moati signs SAR 40.5 mln credit facilities with SABB

Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) signed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 40.5 million with Saudi British Bank (SABB).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the facility aims to finance the operating capital.

 

The one-year facility is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

There are no related parties to this agreement, the statement added.
