.Academy of Learning Co.’s board of directors recommended, on April 2, to divide the nominal value of the share from SAR 10 to SAR 1, according to a statement to Tadawul

 

Accordingly, the total number of shares will increase to 60 million from six million. The company is committed to completing the necessary related procedures, the statement added.
