BinDawood Holding says hearing against Danube adjourned

BinDawood Holding Co. said the Commercial Court in Jeddah decided on April 3 to postpone the hearing on the appeal filed by Arab Dalla Co. against Danube Company for Foodstuffs & Commodities.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company affirmed its strong legal position based on the legal confirmation given by the company’s external lawyer.
