Knowledge Tower board proposes 10-to-1 stock split

Knowledge Tower Trading Co.’s board of directors recommended, on April 1, to divide the nominal value of the share from SAR 10 to SAR 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Accordingly, the total number of shares will increase to 17.5 million from 1.75 million.

 

The company is committed to completing the necessary related procedures and will announce relevant developments in due course.
