Najran Cement to pay H2 2022 cash dividend on May 4

Najran Cement Co. will pay SAR 0.25 per share cash dividend to shareholders for H2 2022 starting from May 4, through the Securities Depository Center (Edaa), the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Eligibility will be to shareholders registered with Edaa by the end of the second trading day following April 11, 2023.

 

In March, the company’s shareholders approved the board recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 2.5%, or SAR 0.25 a share, for H2 2022, according to data available on Argaam.
