Electrical Industries to start e-voting for OGM on May 7

Electrical Industries Co. will start on May 7 the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 10, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on the board’s recommendation on not paying dividends for 2022, during the OGM, Argaam reported.
