Edaa applies Edarat capital increase to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 17, according to a Tadawul filing. 

 

The company's extraordinary general meeting approved, on May 14, the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 100% to SAR 12.6 million, through capitalizing a portion from the statutory reserve and retained earnings, distributing one bonus share for each existing share, according to data available with Argaam.
