Saudi Arabia is the most active destination in terms of growth across the region, Guenter Gebhard, Regional Vice President & General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Riyadh, told Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper.

 

Four Seasons currently has 10 new projects in various stages of development across the Kingdom, he added.

 

Further, a new property will be built in Jeddah Corniche. It will comprise 269 rooms and suites, 21 luxury apartments for short and long-term residences, as well as 64 residential units.

 

A new contract was concluded to open a 150-room hotel in Diriyah district. In addition, a new resort, owned and managed by Four Seasons, is part of NEOM project on Sindalah Island. Four Seasons also owns a resort in The Red Sea Project and the new Four Seasons Makkah Hotel, which comprises a new building near the Grand Mosque, Gebhard added.
