Alwasail says board member Ahmed Al-Rabadi passes away

Alwasail Industrial Co. announced on June 11 that board member Ahmed Al-Rebdi (independent member) and former Chairman of the audit committee, passed away.

 

Developments related to the appointment of a new board member will be announced later, the company noted in a statement on Tadawul.
