Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.’s (AWPT) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2023, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 15.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that shareholders also approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, ending on June 14, 2026.
The elected board members are Abdulaziz Alkhorayef, Fahd Alkhorayef, Othman Al-Najdi, Ammar AlZubaidi, AbdulRahman Al-Oweiss and Faisal Al-Duwaish.
On the other hand, shareholders disapproved the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year session.
The candidates were independent members Sulaiman Alquhidan, Abdullah Alhajri, Faisal Al-Duwaish and Abdulaziz Alfakhri, in addition to non-executive member Ammar AlZubaidi.
