Edaa implements securities quantity increase for SEDCO Capital REIT

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for SEDCO Capital REIT Fund on the center’s accounts of eligible securities holders today, July 2.

 

SEDCO Capital REIT’s additional units begin trading on Tadawul today, according to data available on Argaam.

 

On May 14, the fund announced the successful completion of the cash subscription process in increasing the total value of the fund’s assets, through the additional offering to investors with a maximum limit. 

 

The total value of orders amounted to SAR 855.7 million, while the coverage ratio stood at 141%. The subscription saw the participation of 135,852 individual and institutional investors with a total of 65,230 orders. 

 

The fund’s second offering came after the acquisition of Atelier La Vie, the new entertainment destination, located on King Abdulaziz Branch Road, Jeddah.
