Edarat, MIS sign SAR 2.8 mln contract for cloud services

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) signed, on June 22, a contract worth SAR 2.8 million with Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS), for providing cloud services, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The one-year contract aims to provide cloud services for MIS as part of a digital transformation program for one of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) companies in Saudi Arabia.

 

Edarat will provide Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Backup as a Service (BaaS) across two regions in the Kingdom.

 

The contract is expected to positively impact the company’s financials during Q3 2023.

 

MIS is a related party to the contract.
