Naba Alsaha shareholders approve 3% cash dividend for 2022

Shareholders of Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. approved a 3% dividend payout, or SAR 0.3 per share, for 2022 during the ordinary general meeting held on June 22.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2023.
