Foreign Investments in Saudi Arabia dropped 1% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 2.39 trillion in Q1 2023, according to data by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

 

Accordingly, Q1 foreign investments recorded the first quarterly decline in several years.

Portfolio investments, which include equity, investment funds and debt bonds, reached SAR 869.2 billion in addition to other investments at SAR 508.1 billion.
