MIS awarded SAR 38.5 mln project by GASGI

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) won today, July 13, a project from the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GASGI) for the production and updating of national coverage maps, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project value is SAR 38.5 million (VAT inclusive), said the company, expecting the contract to be signed on Aug. 13.

 

The project includes the production and updating of national geospatial and land coverage databases through high-resolution satellite images.

 

It is aimed at catering to engineering projects and identifying target sites, in addition to enhancing the research capabilities and detailed studies of GASGI.
