MIS renews, amends SAR 14.4 mln facility with Riyad Bank

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed today, August 3, a renewal and amendment agreement for a Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 14.37 million with Riyad Bank.

 

The financing, valid until Jan. 8, 2026, was secured on Aug. 1, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The loan was secured by a promissory note, the statement said.

 

The facility aims to finance letters of guarantee, MIS said, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
