Saudi Azm, NHC ink MoU to develop innovative financial solutions

Saudi AZM for Communications and Information Technology Co. signed on Sept. 12, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Housing Co. (NHC) to improve the services provided by employing modern technologies and developing innovative financial solutions.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the MoU will help enhance the vision of developing the real estate sector and providing high-quality services in accordance with the best practices.

 

The three-year MoU is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's financial results for the years 2024,2025, and 2026. The company stated that there are no related parties involved in the MoU.
