Saudi Arabia's exports of chemical and industry-related products fell by 35% year-on-year (YoY) to nearly SAR 6.31 billion in July.
Compared to June, chemicals exports increased by SAR 551.8 million, or 10%.
Exports of the chemical industry and related products represented 30% of July’s non-oil exports, which amounted to SAR 21.15 billion, as shown in the following table:

China topped the list of chemical product importers from Saudi Arabia with nearly SAR 1.185 billion, accounting for 18.8% of the total exports of chemical products in July. India and the UAE followed with 17.1% and 5.3%, respectively, as shown in the table below:

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s imports of chemical and industry-related products amounted to SAR 6.5 billion during the month, up 19% YoY.
Compared to June, imports of chemical and industry-related products rose in July by 16% YoY, or by SAR 910.1 million.
Imports of chemical and industry-related products during July accounted for 9% of the total imports, amounting to SAR 68.90 billion.
