Alqemam bags 2 contracts worth SAR 7 mln with private entity

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. won two contracts worth SAR 7 million, including value-added tax (VAT), with Comprehensive Technology Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the first contract, Alqemam will carry out supporting work for a digital transformation project by Comprehensive Technology for SAR 3.1 million (VAT inclusive). This is in addition to developing governance procedures, models, and policies in line with the latter’s digital transformation plans.

 

Alqemam, under the second contract, will develop IT governance, risk, and compliance (IT GRC) studies for Comprehensive Technology for SAR 3.9 million (VAT inclusive), according to a separate Tadawul statement.

 

No related parties are included in the deals, the two statements added.
