The Real Estate Development Fund's (REDF) board of directors, chaired by Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, approved adding new products to the support and empowerment of real estate developers' program (Tatweer). 

 

The program aims to support and empower real estate developers in securing financing, increasing housing supply at competitive prices, and improving citizens' access to suitable housing, the state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The board discussed its agenda items, reviewed H1 2023 housing support achievements, and monitored previous board decisions.
