ACWA Power board member resigns

ACWA Power Co.’s board of directors approved today, Oct. 9, the resignation of non-executive board member Suntharesan Padmanathan, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

Padmanathan submitted his resignation yesterday, Oct. 8, for personal reasons, the company noted.

 

It added that the resignation took effect on its approval date.
