Al Ahsa plot buyer changes, price cut to SAR 62.5 mln: Cenomi Centers

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) said the buyer of a land plot in Granada District, Al Ahsa, waived the purchase to Halat Real Estate Co. (a one-person company represented by Nahid Al-Jabr). The land was initially purchased by Abdullah Al Tamimi, Cenomi Centers said in a statement to Tadawul.

Following the latest update, the sale value of the land decreased by SAR 3 million to SAR 62.5 million (not including real estate transaction tax or pursuit costs) from SAR 65.5 million.

In September, Cenomi Centers said it sold the land plot in Al Ahsa, Argaam earlier reported.
