Bahri increases stake in Petredec Group to 40.08%

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) stated that its 30.03%-owned Petredec Group acquired a 24.39% stake from one of the partners, raising Bahri's stake to 40.08%.

 

Petredec will pay the deal's value from its available cash, the shipping major said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Petredec is a global in the gas transportation field. 

 

Bahri started investing in Petredec in 2015, achieving impressive results, the statement added.
