Jadwa REIT Al Haramain inks operation contract for hotel tower in Makkah

Jadwa Investment, fund manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund, announced finalizing the signing of the operation contract for the hotel tower located in the central area of Makkah.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Nov. 21, Jadwa Investment added that the operator has started operating the hotel in accordance with the initial agreement, as of the beginning of the 1444H Hajj season until the completion of the procedures for the contract signing.

 

In June, Jadwa Investment announced wrapping up the hotel’s development works and its readiness to kick off operations starting from the 1444AH Hajj season, according to Argaam's data.

 

It added that the hotel management and operation will be assigned to Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels Co., including the marketing, maintenance, and supervision works.
