Edaa deposits Riyadh Steel subscribed securities today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Nov. 29, the subscribed securities of Riyadh Steel Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Riyadh Steel offered 1 million shares, representing 20% of its SAR 50 million capital, divided into 5 million shares.

 

The offer price was set at SAR 17 per share. The offering was 222.56% oversubscribed.
